Domain Rating (DR) comes from Ahrefs; Domain Authority (DA) comes from Moz. They use different algorithms and link indexes, so the scores are not interchangeable. A site with DR 40 and DA 55 is normal. Pick one metric, track it consistently, and benchmark against peers using the same tool.
