You can export all your data at any time. We retain your data for 10 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then securely delete it.

Yes. Synplex supports multi-location inventory management within a single store. You can also install Synplex on multiple Shopify stores — each store gets its own dedicated workspace and plan. Store data is kept separate, which keeps inventory tracking clean and accurate across different markets or product lines.
