Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Plan changes are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing cycle.

After cancellation, your machine continues running until the end of your current billing period. You will have a 3-day grace period to export your data before the machine is stopped.

Each tenant runs in a fully isolated environment with its own dedicated machine. Dashboards are password-protected with JWT authentication, and all traffic is encrypted with TLS. Your API keys never leave your instance.
