TransClipper Affiliate Program

Effective Date: March 16, 2026 Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions By participating in the TransClipper Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission of 40% on all paid referrals. This commission applies to the total amount received from customers you refer to transclipper.ai who make a payment. 2. Payment Terms: Commissions will be calculated on a monthly basis and paid out within 30 days following the end of each calendar month. Payments will be processed through our standard payment system. Affiliates must provide accurate payment information to receive their commissions. 3. Cookie Duration: A tracking cookie will be placed on the referred customer's browser for a duration of 30 days. If the customer makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate will be credited with the commission. 4. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote TransClipper through ethical means. Any form of spamming, misleading advertising, or unauthorized use of TransClipper’s branding is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must not engage in practices that could harm the reputation of TransClipper. 5. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, affiliates will receive any outstanding commissions earned prior to the termination date. 6. Legal Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their promotional activities. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising standards and data protection laws. 7. Amendments: TransClipper reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. By joining the TransClipper Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
