Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to ensure timely payments. 3. Cookie Duration: A cookie will be placed on the user's device for a duration of 30 days. If the user makes a purchase within this period after clicking the affiliate link, the affiliate will be credited with the sale. 4. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote TradeWind AI through various channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing. However, the use of misleading or deceptive practices, including false claims about the product, is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations. 5. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, affiliates will receive payment for any commissions earned prior to the termination date. 6. Liability: TradeWind AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold TradeWind AI harmless from any claims related to their promotional activities. 7. Amendments: TradeWind AI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
