Thumbmagic Affiliate Program

Effective Date: October 23, 2025 Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions 1. Commission Structure: Thumbmagic offers a commission rate of 30% on all qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate link. This commission is recurring monthly for the lifetime of the customer referred by you. 2. Payment Terms: Commissions will be calculated at the end of each calendar month and will be paid out within 30 days following the close of the month. Payment will be processed through our standard payment system. Affiliates must provide accurate payment information to ensure timely payments. 3. Cookie Duration: A cookie will be placed on the user's browser for a duration of 30 days. If a referred customer makes a purchase within this period, you will receive credit for the sale. 4. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Thumbmagic through various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media. However, affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or any form of unethical marketing practices. All promotional materials must accurately represent Thumbmagic and its offerings. 5. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards and data protection laws. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their marketing practices do not infringe on any third-party rights. 6. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all rights to commissions on future sales will cease, but commissions on sales made prior to termination will still be honored. 7. Modifications: Thumbmagic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
