Swipe Pages Affiliate Program

Effective Date: January 7, 2026 Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions 1. **Eligibility**: To participate in the Swipe Pages Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. 2. **Commission Structure**: Affiliates will earn a commission starting at 20% of the net revenue generated from referred customers. The commission rate may vary based on the pricing plan selected by the customer. Detailed commission tiers will be provided upon acceptance into the program. 3. **Cookie Duration**: The affiliate tracking cookie has a lifespan of 60 days. This means that if a referred customer makes a purchase within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will be eligible for a commission on that sale. 4. **Payment Terms**: Commissions will be paid out on a Net30 basis. For example, commissions for signups generated in January will be processed and paid in the first week of March. Payment will be processed through our standard payment system. 5. **Promotional Guidelines**: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Swipe Pages brand keywords or using Swipe Pages trademarks in any paid advertising campaigns. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and ensure that all promotional content is accurate and not misleading. 6. **Termination**: Swipe Pages reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms. 7. **Amendments**: Swipe Pages reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
