Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions Effective Date: November 29, 2025 These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Superwayp Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission of 30% on all sales generated through their unique referral links. This commission is a lifetime commission, meaning you will continue to earn 30% on repeat purchases made by referred customers. 2. Payment Terms: Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid out within 30 days following the end of each month. Payment will be processed through our standard payment system. A minimum balance of $50 must be reached before a payout is issued. 3. Cookie Duration: The cookie duration for tracking referrals is 30 days. If a referred customer makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate will receive credit for the sale. 4. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Superwayp through various channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing. However, affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spamming, or any form of deceptive practices. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded keywords or using Superwayp's name in paid advertising without prior written consent. 5. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, affiliates will receive any outstanding commissions earned prior to the termination date. 6. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards and data protection laws. 7. Amendments: Superwayp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
