Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions Effective Date: August 12, 2026 These terms govern your participation in the StickReel affiliate program. By joining, you agree to these conditions. Commission Structure Affiliates will earn a 20 percent commission on all qualified sales generated through their unique referral links. A qualified sale is defined as a completed transaction by a new or returning customer that is not subject to a refund or chargeback. Payment Terms Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis. Payments will be processed through our standard payment system within 30 days following the end of the month in which the commission was earned, provided the account balance meets the minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for providing accurate account details and managing any applicable tax documentation. Cookie Duration We utilize a 30-day tracking cookie. If a customer clicks your referral link, you will receive credit for any qualifying purchases made within 30 days, provided the customer has not clicked another affiliate link subsequently. Promotional Guidelines Affiliates must operate in a professional and ethical manner. You may not use false advertising, spam, or misleading claims to drive traffic. Paid search bidding on trademarked brand names is strictly prohibited. All promotional content must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with federal advertising guidelines. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited if the account was closed due to fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice.
