Nectar AI Affiliate Program

Effective Date: October 23, 2025 These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Nectar AI Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission of 40% on each sale generated through their unique referral link. Commissions will be calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts. 2. Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, with payments processed through our standard payment system. To receive payment, affiliates must reach a minimum threshold of $50 in earned commissions. Payments will be issued within 30 days following the end of each month. 3. Cookie Duration: A cookie will be placed on the user's browser for a duration of 30 days. If a referred user makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate will receive credit for the sale. 4. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are permitted to promote Nectar AI through various channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing. However, affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or any form of deceptive marketing practices. Use of Nectar AI's trademarks and branding must adhere to our brand guidelines. 5. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, affiliates will receive payment for any outstanding commissions earned prior to the termination date. 6. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards and data protection laws. 7. Fairness: Both parties agree to act in good faith and maintain a fair partnership. Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
