Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions Effective Date: January 13, 2026 These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the HostBento Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission of up to 30% on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The exact commission rate will be determined based on performance metrics and may be subject to change with prior notice. Payment Terms: Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid out within 30 days after the end of each month. Payment will be processed through our standard payment system. A minimum balance of $50 must be reached before a payout is issued. Cookie Duration: The Program utilizes a cookie duration of 30 days. This means that if a customer clicks on your affiliate link, you will receive credit for any sales made within 30 days of that click. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading or deceptive practices in promoting HostBento. This includes, but is not limited to, false claims about products or services. Affiliates may not bid on HostBento's brand terms in paid search campaigns or use our trademarks without prior written consent. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, all rights to commissions will cease, and any outstanding commissions will be paid according to the payment terms. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards and data protection laws.
