BizLoc8 Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions 1. Participation is subject to approval by BizLoc8. Referral tracking begins once your affiliate account and unique referral link are activated. 2. Approved affiliates earn 20% commission on eligible subscription revenue received from referred customers during the first 12 months following the customer’s first successful subscription payment. 3. Commission is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, setup fees and custom development charges. Annual subscriptions qualify only for the portion covering the eligible 12-month period. 4. A new customer must register within 60 days of clicking your referral link. Attribution is assigned to the last valid affiliate referral recorded before registration and retained for subsequent eligible payments. Tracking disputes will be reviewed using available referral and payment records. 5. Self-referrals, existing customers, and customers already assigned to another affiliate, reseller or white-label partner are not eligible. Existing active sales opportunities require written approval before referral. 6. Commissions become payable after a 30-day holding period following successful payment and are paid in the next monthly payout cycle. Affiliates must provide valid payment details and any required tax documentation. Applicable withholding taxes may be deducted. 7. Failed, cancelled or unpaid transactions do not earn commission. Commission relating to refunded or charged-back payments will be reversed or deducted from future payouts. 8. Affiliates must promote BizLoc8 truthfully and clearly disclose that they may earn a commission. Spam, misleading claims, impersonation, fraudulent referrals and bidding on BizLoc8-branded search terms without written permission are prohibited. 9. Either party may end participation by written notice. Valid commissions from previously accepted referrals remain payable for their original eligibility period, except commissions arising from fraud or prohibited activity. 10. BizLoc8 may update the program with 30 days’ written notice. Changes to commission rates or eligibility apply to new referrals after the effective date and do not reduce previously earned commissions. By joining the program, you agree to these terms.
