Effective Date: November 28, 2025 Welcome to the AutoReels.AI Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission of 30% on each sale generated through their unique referral link. The maximum commission per sale is $993.60, depending on the product purchased. 2. Payment Terms: Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid within 30 days after the end of each calendar month. Payment will be processed through our standard payment system. Affiliates must provide accurate payment information to receive their commissions. 3. Cookie Duration: A cookie duration of 30 days will be applied to track referrals. If a referred customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive credit for the sale. 4. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote AutoReels.AI through various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media. However, affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or any form of unethical marketing practices. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded keywords or using AutoReels.AI’s name in paid search ads without prior written consent. 5. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, affiliates will receive payment for any outstanding commissions earned prior to the termination date. 6. Legal Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards and data protection laws. 7. Amendments: AutoReels.AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
